Governing Entity: QueerBoss LLC (“QueerBoss,” “we,” or “us”)
Binding Nature: By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any QueerBoss product, service, membership, tool, or experience (collectively, the “Services”), you (“Client,” “Participant,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Master Terms of Use and any applicable Product Addendum. These terms are legally enforceable and intended to protect both you and QueerBoss.
1: GENERAL SCOPE & STRUCTURE
These Master Terms apply to all QueerBoss offerings unless expressly superseded by a specific Product Addendum. Product Addenda (organized by product and accessible from this page) provide offer-specific terms including deliverables, payment structures, refund eligibility, and access rights.
When applicable, the Addendum and these Master Terms operate in tandem. The Addendum will control only where expressly different; otherwise, both apply together.
You agree to read the Master Terms and any relevant Product Addendum in full before purchase. By proceeding with payment or accessing any content, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound.
2: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, LICENSE & PROHIBITED USES
2.1 Ownership
The QueerBoss Leadership Lounge retains all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, licenses, and other intellectual property rights in any original or derivative work created in connection with the Services. This includes, without limitation: videos, modules, audio recordings, written documents, downloadable files, community materials, training resources, sales copy, digital tools, proprietary systems and processes (including the “Freedom Fast Track” method and “4C Funnel™” system), and any other original content or materials provided.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property from The QueerBoss Leadership Lounge to Client. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2.2 License Grant
Upon purchase or authorized access, The QueerBoss Leadership Lounge grants Client a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content solely for personal or internal business purposes, as permitted under these Terms.
2.3 Prohibited Uses
Without prior written consent from The QueerBoss Leadership Lounge , you may not:
⚬ Copy, edit, distribute, or reproduce Content;
⚬ Share Content with anyone who has not purchased the Services;
⚬ Claim authorship of QueerBoss Content;
⚬ Incorporate Content into products, programs, or trainings for resale;
⚬ Use Content for client delivery, team-wide implementation, or corporate training without a separate license;
⚬ Share login credentials or purchased materials with any other person or entity.
2.4 Enforcement
QueerBoss actively monitors for unauthorized use. Any violation may result in immediate access revocation without refund, legal action, and pursuit of all available remedies.
2.5 Access Limitations
Unless expressly authorized in writing:
⚬ All Services are licensed for one individual;
⚬ Login credentials must not be shared;
⚬ Multi-user or corporate licenses require a separate agreement;
⚬ Purchasing with the intent to resell or distribute access is prohibited.
⚬ Any violation of this Section may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund, and may trigger legal action.
2.6 Gifted Access
Complimentary access, when offered:
⚬ Is non-transferable and may be revoked for misuse, inactivity, or breach;
⚬ May exclude paid-level support, bonuses, or updates unless stated;
⚬ May expire on a stated date unless purchased;
⚬ Cannot be gifted to a third party without written approval.
Any misuse of gifted access, including unauthorized sharing, resale, or use beyond the permitted scope, will result in immediate revocation without refund and may trigger legal action.
3: PAYMENT TERMS & CHARGEBACK POLICY
3.1 Payment Authorization
By completing a purchase, you authorize The QueerBoss Leadership Lounge to process the full transaction amount according to the payment terms displayed at checkout and in the applicable Product Addendum. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Payments are processed through secure third-party processors. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method and billing information remain current and accurate throughout the payment period.
3.2 Installment Plans
If you select a payment plan:
All installments must be paid in full, regardless of participation, satisfaction, or completion of the Service. You authorize automatic charges to your payment method per the agreed schedule. Failed payments must be resolved within five (5) calendar days of notice. After two failed attempts with no response, your account may be suspended and the balance sent to collections. Suspension or termination for non-payment does not cancel your obligation to complete the plan.
3.3 Non-Payment
Overdue payments not remedied within the grace period may result in:
Suspension or permanent revocation of access without refund. Withholding of deliverables, bonuses, or ongoing support. Collection of the remaining balance through legal means, including third-party agencies.
3.4 No Withholding
You may not withhold or offset payments for any reason, including dissatisfaction, disputes, or delivery delays, unless required by law.
3.5 Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, you must submit a written request to [email protected] and allow seven (7) business days for resolution. Unwarranted chargebacks are a material breach of this Agreement and may result in:
Recovery of any chargeback fees, costs, or damages. Immediate termination of all Services. Dispute of the chargeback with full documentation. Reporting of misuse to payment processors and relevant authorities.
3.6 Taxes & Currency
You are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and currency conversion fees related to your purchase. Payments must be made in the currency specified at checkout.
4: REFUND POLICY
4.1 General Policy
Unless expressly stated in a Product Addendum, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the program description and deliverables, understand that digital and/or live components are provided on an immediate-access basis, and waive any right to rescind or cancel your purchase except where otherwise required by law.
4.2 Conditional Guarantees
If a Service offers a conditional guarantee, the eligibility requirements will be set forth in the relevant Product Addendum and are binding. To qualify, you must meet all stated conditions, which may include:
Completing all assigned coursework, templates, and exercises. Attending or viewing all required training calls. Submitting proof of implementation in the requested format. Meeting any stated deadlines. Failure to meet these requirements automatically voids eligibility.
4.3 Refund Requests
Where a conditional guarantee applies, you must:
Submit your request in writing to [email protected] by the deadline in the Product Addendum.
Provide your full name, purchase email, and proof of completed work as required. QueerBoss will review and respond within ten (10) business days. Approved refunds will be processed in the original payment method within thirty (30) days of approval.
4.4 Non-Qualifying Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
⚬ Change of mind or personal circumstances.
⚬ Failure to participate, attend calls, or access materials.
⚬ Dissatisfaction based on personal preference where deliverables match the program description.
⚬ Claims made after the stated refund window.
⚬ Ineligibility caused by missed deadlines or incomplete submissions.
4.5 Payment Plan Obligations
If a refund request is denied, you remain financially responsible for all remaining payments in any active payment plan.
4.6 Final Determination
All refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of The QueerBoss Leadership Lounge . A prior approval does not create any obligation or precedent for future cases.
5: ACCESS & DELIVERY
5.1 Delivery Methods
QueerBoss Services may be delivered through:
⚬ Live sessions via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.
⚬ Recorded modules, audio trainings, or masterclasses.
⚬ Digital portals or learning platforms such as Kajabi.
⚬ Downloadable materials including templates, workbooks, scripts, and checklists.
The specific format for each Service will be identified in the applicable Product Addendum or at checkout. QueerBoss may change delivery methods, including transitioning to different platforms, provided that the core content remains accessible for the stated access period.
5.2 Access Timelines
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant Product Addendum:
Digital products include a minimum of six (6) months of access from purchase. Memberships remain accessible only while payments are current. Live programs or cohorts may have time-limited access to replays or portals as stated in onboarding materials. Where lifetime access is stated, “lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the program, meaning the period during which it is actively offered and supported by QueerBoss. QueerBoss may retire or discontinue a program at any time with at least thirty (30) days’ notice to affected participants.
5.3 Replay and Recording Availability
Where live sessions are recorded, replay access and expiration dates will be stated in the Product Addendum or onboarding materials. QueerBoss is not responsible for replay availability if third-party platforms experience technical failures beyond our control.
5.4 Content Updates and Retirements
QueerBoss may update, replace, or remove outdated, inaccurate, or incompatible materials at any time without obligation to provide prior versions. If a Service is retired, any guaranteed or lifetime access will end upon retirement, subject to the notice period in Section 5.2.
5.5 Monitoring and Compliance
QueerBoss may monitor portal usage, downloads, and community participation to ensure compliance with licensing and access restrictions outlined in Sections 2 and 3. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated without refund.
6: PLATFORM DEPENDENCIES
6.1 Use of Third-Party Platforms
Many QueerBoss Services are delivered or supported through third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to Kajabi, Zoom, Slack, Delphi, ManyChat, Instagram, Meta, Vimeo, and Google Drive (“Third-Party Platforms”). Access to certain Services may require you to create, maintain, and log in to accounts on these platforms.
6.2 Platform Availability and Changes
QueerBoss is not responsible for:
⚬ Downtime, outages, interruptions, or slow performance on Third-Party Platforms.
⚬ Removal or modification of features, tools, or functionality by a Third-Party Platform.
⚬ Termination, suspension, or restriction of your account on a Third-Party Platform for any reason.
⚬ Policy or technical changes that limit or alter your ability to access certain features or content.
If a Third-Party Platform discontinues, changes, or restricts its service in a way that affects the delivery of a QueerBoss Service, QueerBoss may, at its sole discretion:
Transition the Service to an alternative platform or delivery method. Provide an equivalent replacement resource. Retire the affected component without refund, provided that the core deliverables of the purchased Service remain available during the stated access period.
6.3 Compliance with Platform Terms
Your use of Third-Party Platforms is subject to their respective terms of use, privacy policies, and community guidelines. It is your responsibility to review and comply with those terms at all times. QueerBoss will not be liable for your violation of a Third-Party Platform’s policies or for any resulting loss of access.
6.4 Dependency on External APIs and Integrations
Some Services may rely on external APIs, automation tools, or social media integrations. QueerBoss does not guarantee that these integrations will remain functional indefinitely and is not liable for any changes to platform APIs, data access rules, or automation capabilities.
6.5 Limitations on Lifetime Access
If a Service includes lifetime access or extended replay rights, such access is contingent upon the continued availability of the Third-Party Platform hosting the materials. Should the platform become unavailable, QueerBoss may provide an alternative delivery solution at its discretion but is not obligated to recreate or rehost retired materials in perpetuity.
7: USE OF AI-GENERATED MATERIALS
7.1 Incorporation of AI Tools
Certain QueerBoss Services may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) or machine learning technologies, including but not limited to chatbots, automated content generators, predictive analytics tools, and AI-assisted copy or design (“AI Tools”). These may be proprietary to QueerBoss or integrated from third-party providers. All provisions in Section 6 (Third-Party Platforms) apply to any third-party AI providers.
7.2 Ownership of AI Outputs
Unless otherwise stated in a specific Product Addendum:
All AI-generated prompts, templates, workflows, and instructional materials created or provided by QueerBoss remain the intellectual property of The QueerBoss Leadership Lounge and are licensed under the same limited, non-transferable license described in Sections 2 and 2.1.
You may use AI-generated outputs from QueerBoss Services (including draft copy, captions, or scripts) for your personal or internal business use only.
You may not resell, repackage, or redistribute AI outputs or the underlying prompts, frameworks, or training methods in any form, including incorporation into courses, client work, or digital products, without prior written permission.
7.3 Accuracy and Limitations
While QueerBoss applies human oversight to AI-generated materials, we do not guarantee that any AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or free from errors. AI outputs:
⚬ May contain outdated, biased, or incomplete information.
⚬ Are generated based on probabilistic models and training data and may not reflect current law, policy, or best practices.
⚬ Should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and applicability of all AI outputs before using them in your business or personal activities.
7.4 Compliance Obligations
You agree not to input, upload, or share any sensitive personal data, financial information, protected health information, trade secrets, or other confidential material into any AI Tool provided by QueerBoss. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform rules, including:
⚬ Data protection laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations.
⚬ Advertising and marketing compliance, including FTC guidelines.
⚬ Intellectual property and copyright laws.
⚬ Platform-specific community guidelines or automation policies.
7.5 Disclaimer of Liability for AI Use
QueerBoss disclaims any liability for damages, losses, or claims arising from:
⚬ The content, quality, or accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
⚬ The use or misuse of AI outputs by you or any third party.
⚬ Regulatory or platform penalties related to your implementation of AI-generated content.
⚬ Any consequences of relying solely on AI outputs without human review.
Your use of AI-generated materials is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
8: PRIVACY & DATA POLICY
Our Privacy Policy (available at [https://www.queerboss.com/privacy]) governs how we collect, store, and use personal information. By using our Services, you consent to:

⚬ Aggregated, anonymized data being used for internal business optimization, service development, and marketing.
9: TESTIMONIALS, RECORDINGS & PUBLIC COMMENTS
9.1 Consent to Use
By participating in any QueerBoss program, membership, challenge, event, or other Service, you acknowledge and agree that any feedback, comments, posts, messages, or statements you make – whether in a QueerBoss-hosted community (including Kajabi Communities), on group or private calls (including webinars and Zoom meetings), via testimonial collection forms, through direct communication with a QueerBoss team member, or on public social media – may be collected, recorded, published, and used by QueerBoss for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.
9.2 Recorded Calls
Group coaching calls, workshops, masterclasses, Q&A sessions, and certain private 1:1 (one-on-one) calls may be recorded. By participating, you consent to your voice, image, statements, text-based comments, and contributions being recorded and used in replay libraries, training archives, marketing, advertising, or promotional materials. You waive any right to review or approve such recordings prior to use.
9.3 License Granted

9.4 Identification
Your name, likeness, business name, title, geographic location, and any other identifying details voluntarily provided may be used alongside your testimonial or recorded contribution unless you request otherwise in writing before publication.
9.5 No Expectation of Privacy
Comments made inside QueerBoss platforms, communities, or group settings should not be considered private or confidential. Participation in these spaces means your contributions may be visible to others and used by QueerBoss in accordance with these Terms.
9.6 No Compensation
You will not receive payment, royalty, or additional services in exchange for QueerBoss’s use of your testimonial, comment, or recorded contribution, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the final version before it is used.
10: COMMUNITY STANDARDS
10.1 Purpose

10.6 Enforcement and Removal
QueerBoss reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any participant from a program, event, or community – temporarily or permanently – without refund, if their conduct violates these Community Standards or otherwise disrupts the learning environment. Removal may also result in the revocation of access to related materials and platforms.
10.7 No Expectation of Privacy in Group Settings
While QueerBoss expects all participants to honor confidentiality, QueerBoss cannot guarantee privacy for information shared in group settings. You should exercise discretion when sharing personal or sensitive information.
11: DISCLAIMERS & NO GUARANTEES
11.1 Educational Purpose Only
All QueerBoss programs, products, services, and materials (“Services”) are provided for educational and informational purposes only. 11.2 No Earnings or Performance Guarantees
QueerBoss does not guarantee specific results, whether financial, business, personal, or otherwise, from your use of our Services. Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or income reports are provided for illustration only. Your results will depend on your individual circumstances, skills, market conditions, and other factors outside of QueerBoss’s control.
11.3 Assumption of Risk
All decisions made based on information provided by QueerBoss are made at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for your actions and for any resulting losses, damages, or consequences.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in QueerBoss programs and the implementation of any strategies comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in your jurisdiction.
11.5 Third-Party Tools and Platforms

12.5 Allocation of Risk
You acknowledge and agree that the limitations set forth in this section are fundamental elements of this Agreement and that QueerBoss would not be able to provide the Services without such limitations. These limitations shall apply even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.
13: GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

(a) Be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator experienced in commercial contract disputes;
(b) Take place in Sumter County, Florida, unless otherwise mutually agreed;

16.4 No Live Coaching or Private Support
Unless explicitly stated at checkout, LTOs do not include live coaching, personalized feedback, private consulting, or community access.
16.5 Platform Dependency
Some LTOs require the use of third-party platforms, tools, or integrations (including but not limited to ManyChat, Instagram, Facebook, Google Drive, Delphi).
